Metric
Cheapest region today
London currently has the lowest fresh E10 headline price at 124.3p.
Most expensive average
South East has the highest fresh regional average at 158.2p.
Methodology
PetrolPal uses the CMA-mandated UK forecourt feed and excludes prices older than 14 days from headline regional averages, cheapest prices and spread calculations. Older prices can still exist in the source feed, but they do not drive the map colours.
Why spread matters
A large spread means the cheapest and dearest forecourts in an area are far apart. That is where checking PetrolPal before filling up can make the biggest difference.
